KARACHI: Strong winds are approaching to continue in a city and other plain areas of Sindh, as a weakening Cyclone Ockhi shows a impact on a coastal segment of a province, a Meteorological Department pronounced on Wednesday.
According to Regional Metrological Centre Director Shahid Abbas, Karachi will continue to see high-speed winds currently and since of a miss of rains in a region, a winds will be dry and lead to a soiled atmosphere.
The breeze speed can arise adult to 46 kilometres per hour, a Met said.
Mainly cold and dry continue is approaching in many tools of a country. Light rain-thunderstorm with light layer over a hills is approaching during a few places in Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. Shallow misty conditions are expected over few plain areas of Punjab and top Sindh during morning hours.
Today’s lowest smallest temperatures were available in Kalat, Quetta (-10°C), Kalam (-06°C), Dalbandin, Dir, Skardu (-05°C) and Gilgit (-04°C).

In Kalat, smallest heat was available during -12°C on Tuesday, after 31 years. As per a Met department, a heat in Kalat plummeted this low final on Dec 13, 1986. In Quetta, smallest heat was available during -10°C on Tuesday – a reading seen after 10 years there.
