Supreme Court hears box per lapse of Ishaq Dar to Pakistan

During a record headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar, Additional Attorney General told that a petition perceived from a British authorities per a box has been forwarded to National Accountability Bureau (NAB).

Earlier, Dar had visited British Home Office in abidance of law to surprise them about termination of his pass by Pakistani authorities.

On Jul 28, a five-member Supreme Court dais had systematic NAB to record 3 references opposite former primary apportion Nawaz Sharif and one opposite Dar, on petitions filed by Imran Khan, Jamaat-e-Islami’s Sirajul Haq and Awami Muslim League’s Sheikh Rashid Ahmed.

In a case, NAB had alleged, “The indicted had acquired resources and financial interests/resources in his possess name and/or in a name of his dependants of an estimate volume of Rs831.678 million (approx)”.

In Nov final year, a burden justice had announced Dar absconder and deserted a minister’s petition in that he sought shield from conference of resources over famous sources of income reference.

PML-N personality remained in London where he is reportedly undergoing a medical diagnosis for a heart disease.
