Yet another petition has been submitted to the Supreme Court opposite a Jul 28 outcome of disqualifying former primary apportion Nawaz Sharif from bureau in a Panama Papers case.
According to Express News, authorised consultant AK Dogar has submitted a petition in a Lahore registry of a Supreme Court and named Nawaz, his dual sons, Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf arch Imran Khan and a National Accountability Bureau as parties to a case.
Dogar has argued that underneath Article 183(3), Nawaz was not postulated a right to interest a Supreme Court’s verdict.
Sharif family’s examination petitions thrown out
“The essay is in dispute with Islamic law,” he stated. “Nawaz Sharif should be postulated a right to interest since it is a authorised and inherent right.”
It should be noted, however, that Sharif family’s examination petition has already been rejected by a tip court.
NA-120, a chair that was vacated with Nawaz’s ouster was recently won by his mother Kulsoom Nawaz, who is undergoing cancer diagnosis in London.
