Two more witnesses testify in Mashal murder case
HARIPUR:Anti-Terrorist Court (ATC) Abbottabad Thursday recorded the statements of two more witnesses during hearing of Mashal Khan murder case at Camp Court Central Jail Haripur.
ATC Abbottabad adjourned the hearing of Mashal Khan murder case till November 8, after recording the statements of two witnesses SHO Saleem and Warden Ali Nawaz.
The prosecution lawyers abandoned three witnesses of Mashal Khan murder case including Himmat Khan gatekeeper, Muhammad Abbass LDC and Ali Muhammad Class.
At the occasion of hearing, strict security measures were taken where a large number of lawyers including the Masood Azhar advocate, prosecutor, and father of ill-fated Mashal Khan were also present.
