Usman Mirza sexually abused woman in E-11 flat: Police report
Islamabad-A woman and her partner Asad were sexually abused by Usman Mirza and Adaras Qayyum Butt besides placing her under severe torture in a flat in E-11/2 Islamabad, according to a report of investigators of Golra police station submitted to trial court.
Usman and Adaras Butt not only beat her up with punches and kicks but also abused and stripped her, police investigators told the court in their report.
The other accomplices of Usman Mirza including Farhan Shaheen, Hafiz Atta Ur Rehman, Rehan Hussain, Umer Bilal and Mohib Khan also used abusive language against her, recorded objectionable videos on their mobile phones, and tortured her and Asad, mentioned in the challan.
“I felt totally helpless amid the seven men,” the girl said in her statement recorded before an area magistrate under section 164 of CrPC.
The victim girl also told the seven men time and again received extortion from her and Asad by showing videos which they later also uploaded on social media, the challan mentioned. The gang of seven men had kept the couple in an illegal detention for many hours on gunpoint, the investigators said in the challan. Some crime partners of Usman Mirza were deployed on the gate of the flat for keeping a close watch outside and to stop someone entering or going out from the flat.
The investigators of Golra police station said in the challan that Usman Mirza and his accomplices used to trap couples by giving them flat for a date first and later storming into the flat as they have a second key of the door of the flat.
The investigators also said in the challan that police had earlier lodged a case after surfacing of some videos on social media showing a man along with his accomplices torturing a couple and stripping them naked. Later, some new sections including 395/375A/377B/384 were inserted in the First Information Report on statements of the couple. A Joint Investigation Team was also formed by the high-ups of Islamabad police chief which interrogated all the accused and mentioned their role in the crime in the challan.
The police investigators also raided the house of accused and recovered their mobile phones, USBs, laptops, gun, bullets and other stuff. The police also approached DG FIA with a request for forensic analysis of mobile phone of Usman Mirza besides producing the accused to Punjab Forensic Science Laboratory for photogrammetry test to ascertain the presence of accused, it was mentioned in challan.
The police also recovered the extortion money from the accused and made it case property, the investigators told. “Police recovered Rs70,000 each from accused Mohib Khan and Rehan Hussain Mughal,” the challan said.
The accused Umer Bilal confessed before police that he took Rs1,125,000 extortion from Asad and distributed the amount among Usman Mirza, Mohib Khan and himself, mentioned in the challan by the police investigators.
The accused Usman Mirza is the main culprit in the case who along with his accomplices tortured the couple and stripped them naked.
The police have recovered mobile phones, a 9mm pistol, USBs, clothes, videos from the mobile phones, extortion money and other stuff and attached with the challan.
