KARACHI: Mainly hot and humid weather is expected in most parts of the country in the next 24 hours, Met Office says.
According to a statement issued by the Met office, rain/thunderstorm is expected at isolated places in Malakand, Hazara, Peshawar, Mardan, Kohat, Bannu, D.I.Khan, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore, Sargodha, Faisalabad divisions, Islamabad, FATA, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir.
“Seasonal low lies over north Balochistan. Weak monsoon currents are penetrating upper parts of the country and likely to continue next few days. A trough of westerly wave is persisting over northern areas of the country.”
