Blame game: Legal conflict starts for child’s custody
LAHORE: A lady has approached a district and sessions court, seeking liberation of her teenager son whom she had handed over to a lady a year ago when she did not have income to feed him.
Talking to The Express Tribune Muhammad Ibrar, a father of 18-month-old child Muhammad, pronounced he and his family for a initial time came to know about Naseem Bibi, who claimed a child was her biological son.
Ibrar pronounced a few days ago he perceived a notice during his house, in that Naseem claimed she had given them her child when she was vital palm to mouth though now she wanted to take her child back.
Petitioner Naseem implored that Muhammad was her biological son, whom she had given to a lady Sughran Bibi when she did not have income to feed him due to poverty.
She contended that Sughran adopted her son on a condition that she will lapse him to her when she will have income to take caring of him. Naseem implored that she was perfectionist her son behind though a indicted was not peaceful to lapse her child.
Later, she approached military and purebred an FIR opposite Sughran and her father Ibrar for not returning her son. The justice has sought news from SHO Sherakot by Dec 22.
“My counsel says this stamp paper has no authorised value as it had not been accurate by anyone. We are holding these papers to a justice as we do not know who had forsaken them during a doorstep,” pronounced Ibrar.
He combined that a male identified as Abid was creation phone calls to his relatives, revelation them Ibrar was not returning a child to his biological mom Naseem. He pronounced he would record a box opposite Abid and Naseem who were sanctimonious to be a relatives of a child .
