HARIPUR: It took an exhumation to put a murder hearing of Abid Hakim Dad on a right track.
Dad’s heirs were using from post to post get an FIR purebred opposite 6 people who had gunned him down in Khanpur. However, they claimed, a military and a medico-legal official, Dr Tahir, had been bribed to change a facts. As per medical certificate, Dad was not murdered.
Finally, a sessions justice took adult a focus of a victim’s heirs and systematic a uninformed autopsy. On justice orders, Dad’s stays were exhumed and rechecked proof a progressing news fake and confirming he had been shot dead.
