Foreign Office refutes ‘malicious allegations’ opposite Tariq Fatemi

ISLAMABAD: The Foreign Office on Monday rebutted news stories against Special Assistant to a Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs (SAPM) Tariq Fatemi as “irresponsible and antagonistic allegations.”

“A territory of a media has been using groundless stories about Tariq Fatemi, Special Assistant to a Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs (SAPM), alleging that he has left a country,” a Foreign Office said.

“The SAPM, Fatemi, is in a Foreign Office behaving his central duties. Irresponsible and antagonistic allegations by an anchor of an electronic media is not usually a critical conflict on a chairman of Fatemi, a high bureau holder, though also this ministry, that deals with a matters associated to family with unfamiliar countries,” a matter added.
