Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, on Thursday afternoon, threatened to cut gas supply to a whole nation if supply to a range was not improved within a week.

Addressing a Sindh Assembly session, Murad said, “The supply of 20 million cubic feet per day (mmcfd) authorized during a reign of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) supervision is not being provided.”

“I’m warning a Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) if they will not pointer [the sequence to yield gas to a province] we will charge their offices in Karachi and not let them work here,” he said.

The CM went on to supplement that a Sindh supervision would “take over SSGC [in a metropolis]” by force if necessary.

“The provincial supervision had to supply electricity to K-Electric from a 100-megawatt energy plant in Noriabad in Apr though we are not being means to do so.”
