PESHAWAR: Hamid Nehal Ansari, an Indian male who is now grieving in a jail in Peshawar, filed a petition with a high justice on Wednesday requesting that he contingency not be treated as a view as he was not concerned in “anti-state activities”.
In a petition, filed with a Peshawar High Court (PHC) on his interest by comparison counsel Qazi Muhammad Anwar, Ansari sought discount in his sentence.
