A Pakistani operative operative on a enlargement plan of a Jalalabad-Torkham highway, a highway that connects Pakistan and Afghanistan, has been kidnapped and his captors have demanded a recover of $1 million.

A video clip, accessible with Express News, shows the kidnappers subjecting a engineer, Malik Faiz, to serious torture.
