Scrutiny of judges: Lawyers titillate SJC to confirm references chronologically
ISLAMABAD: The authorised companionship has voiced regard during a ordering of complaints opposite a higher justice judges by a Supreme Judicial Council (SJC)
Holding a press discussion on Friday, a Pakistan Bar Council (PBC) Vice Chairman Farogh Nasim and a Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) President Rasheed A Rizvi urged a SJC to confirm chronologically all tentative references opposite higher justice judges. Both a member go to a Professional Lawyers group, that is also famous as Hamid Khan Group.
Last week, Asma Jahangir organisation had also upheld a petition of a member, Raheel Kamran Sheikh, who had sought avowal of series of references tentative opposite judges before SJC with a defence to confirm them expeditiously. Islamabad High Court Bar Association (IHCBA) has also demanded a early ordering of a references opposite judges.
