KARACHI: A half-century by opener Zain Abbas helped Pakistan A strech 284 on a second day of their initial unaccepted Test opposite Zimbabwe A during a Queens Sports Club in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe yesterday.
Pakistan resumed their initial innings on 5-0 and combined 279 runs on a second day as Abbas done 78 runs off 168 balls while Umar Amin, Jaahid Ali and captain Sohaib Maqsood done 30, 32 and 41 runs respectively.
At a finish of play, Pakistan A were on 284-5 with Saad Ali (51) and Saifullah Bangash (38) on a crease.
For Zimbabwe A, John Nyumbu claimed dual wickets, while Carl Mumba and Crian Vitori discharged one batsman apiece.
Earlier on day one, Zimbabwe A done 346 in their initial innings as Brain Chari and Sean Williams done 118 and 112 runs respectively.
Zimbabwe A club Pakistan A by 105 runs
Skipper Elton Chigumbura, with his 32-run hit was a usually other batsman to make any measure of note.
For Pakistan A, Shadab Khan took 4 wickets, while Muhammad Asghar, Ghulam Mudasar and Mir Hamza took three, dual and one wickets respectively.
