Woman’s Kidnapping: Court rejects suspect’s bail plea

ISLAMABAD: A sessions justice on Friday deserted a pre-arrest bail focus of a male requisitioned for allegedly abduction a 14-year-old girl. Muhammad Mazhar was requisitioned along with 4 others by a Bhara Kahu military in July. However, before a military could detain him, Mazhar filed a bail focus in a justice of Additional District and Sessions Judge Shahrukh Arjumand. The justice discharged a defence after a plant told a justice that she was kidnapped by a think for ransom. Bail defence of purported abductor Ali Raza Naqvi was also rejected.
