Justin Bieber Says He Was ‘Reckless’ While Dating Selena Gomez – Admits He Warned Hailey Baldwin He Would Cheat On Her!
Their on again, off again relationship was filled with ups and downs and now, Justin Bieber is admitting that he was quite ‘reckless’ during his eight years long romance with Selena Gomez. Furthermore, the male singer also opened up about his marriage with Hailey Baldwin during a new interview, revealing that he actually told his model wife that he would not be able to be ‘faithful’ to her at first.
Before they even tied the knot and were just freshly dating, Justin was still hurting in the aftermath of his split from Selena.
While chatting with Zane Lowe on Apple Music, Justin shared that he told Hailey he would cheat on her at some point since he was still struggling with ‘unforgiveness’ coming from the relationship that came before.
‘I said, ‘Listen, I am still very hurt and still trying to figure out my way, and I am not ready to make a commitment in a way that … I just do not want to say something and then do the opposite’. I was at the point where I had done that in the past. And I was honest with her, I was like, ‘I am not in a place to be faithful,’ and all this stuff, that I wanted to be – but I just was not there yet,’ he dished.
Asked to get into detail about what exactly he was hurting from, the Yummy singer explained that it was ‘from my previous relationship. I think I was still dealing with a lot of unforgiveness and all that stuff. To be honest, I do not think I even knew what I was actually struggling with at the time. I do not think I knew I was dealing with unforgiveness.’
However, according to Justin, Hailey managed to change his point of view and even inspired and encouraged him to change his bad behavior.
Obviously it worked because he actually did commit and married her in the end!
