Princess Love Requests Full Legal And Physical Custody Of Her Kids With Ray J After He Gushes About Their Great Co-Parenting!
Just after Ray J gushed that he and Princess Love were ‘locked in with the parenting,’ it was revealed that she is looking to get sole custody of their two kids! The Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood star has apparently filed for physical and legal custody of the young ones – son Epik, 4 months, and daughter Melody, 2, according to the divorce petition she filed in the first week of this month.
The papers were obtained by HollywoodLife and supposedly show that Princess Love is not just seeking to get full custody but that she has also requested child support.
Furthermore, she checked off the box about visitation rights that Ray J would have with the kids.
The reveal is a huge shock to fans since, not too long ago, Ray was gushing over how great he and Princess were doing, co-parenting wise.
During a listening party for his new song, a couple of days ago, he dished that: ‘I’m at the house with the kids now, and for us to just spend time together and, you know, talking, and just being great parents, I think a lot of things will unfold from that. And I think that’s a good start with us, just spending time with the kids, and making sure that Melody has a great birthday.’
He and his estranged wife are also supposed to celebrate their daughter’s second birthday today!
‘Through all of that, we can listen and understand each other, and hopefully [stay] positive. Right now, we just locked in with the parenting. And God is good,’ he went on during the listening party, not mentioning anything about the custody documents filed by Princess Love.
The exes got married back in August of 2016 and despite having two children together, things obviously did not work out between them in the end.
