No security issue in Pakistan: Gurlal Singh

LAHORE: Indian kabaddi team captain Gurlal Singh, while talking to media at a local hotel on Saturday said there is no security issue in Pakistan.

Indian kabaddi team captain Gurlal Singh said: “We are quite happy to participate in Kabaddi World Cup in Pakistan. There is no difference of culture and life style in India and Pakistan. The matches between Pakistan and India will be worth-watching during Kabaddi World Cup.

Iranian and Azerbaijan skippers also expressed their satisfaction about the security situation in Pakistan.

Pakistan captain M Irfan has expressed his determination to offer excellent game during the grand event. “Our team is better prepared for the big tournament and we will not disappoint Pakistan kabaddi fans at home grounds. We have international level players like Shafiq Chishti, Musharraf Janjua and Akmal Dogar in our squad and we are quite upbeat to demonstrate best kabaddi in World Cup,” he explained.
