NAB issues Hamza Shehbaz questionnaire for April 30 NAB summons

Hamza Shahbaz, the leader of the opposition in the Punjab Assembly, has been issued a questionnaire by NAB for his April 30 summons.

He is being investigated in a case involving money laundering and owning assets beyond his known sources of income. Specifically, the disproportionate rise in his assets between 2005 and 2017 is being investigated.

The questionnaire contains questions about his assets, investments and taxes from 2005 till 2017. He has also been asked to provide information about the loans taken by his companies.

Hamza, the son of Shehbaz Sharif, has also been asked to present his partnership agreements with his mother and brother as well as three years of tax returns and wealth statements.
