KARACHI: Board of Intermediate Education Karachi’s (BIEK) examinations controller Imran Chishti, along with 3 other co-accused performed on Friday protecting bail before detain for one week to equivocate their detain in tie with inquiries into a injustice of central powers and corruption.
A single-bench of a Sindh High Court, headed by Justice Abdul Maalik Gaddi destined them to allow a collateral of Rs50,000 each.
The accused, including Chishti, Athar Saeed, Muhammad Irfan and Muzaffar Ali, had approached a justice in tie with a box filed by a Sindh Enquiries and Anti-Corruption Establishment.
The indicted group argued that they were concerned in fake inquiries and that they had no purpose in a elect of a purported offence. Apprehending their detain in a case, a petitioners pleaded for protecting bail to capacitate them to join inquiries or obey before a trial.
