Rawalpindi – Unknown robbers deprived scores of villagers of cash, motorcycle, electric appliances and other valuables in limits of Police Station Jatli, informed sources on Saturday.
Two girls were allegedly kidnapped from the areas of Police Station Gujar Khan, sources said.
According to sources, Imran Shaukat reported to officials of Police Picket Dolata that he was attending a programme in a seminary when unknown robbers took away his motorcycle outside the building.
Sabir Hussain lodged complaint with Police Station Jatli that unknown robbers broke locks of his shop at Syed Adda and stole electric motors, fans and fodder chopper.
Similarly, Abid Mehmood appeared before officials of PS Jatli and told that thieves stole an iron gate of his house.
Likewise, Asma Naz, the head teacher of Government Girls Elementary School Bai Khan, lodged complaint with PS Gujar Khan that robbers took away electric transformer of her school. She added the locals also found an injured person namely Muhammad Salim near the electric pole who is believed to be a robber. She asked police to register case against him and other accomplices and to recover transformer, they said.
On the other hand, Shamas Un Nisa told Gujar Khan police that her daughter was kidnapped by unknown kidnappers from Sui Cheemian. Another man namely Kashif Mehmood lodged complaint with PS Gujar Khan that her sister was abducted from outside Umer Hospital by kidnappers.
Police, taking action, lodged cases on complaints of victims and started investigation.
