Pakistan Cup: Khushdil powers KP to win over Punjab

Khushdil Shah’s unbeaten 150 helped Khyber Pakhtunkhwa beat Punjab by four-wickets in the Pakistan Cup 2019 in Rawalpindi on Friday.
Shah remained not out at 154 off 96 deliveries with 11 boundaries and nine massive sixes to his name. He scored a 229-run partnership with Adnan Akmal, who made 79 off 72 balls after hitting nine fours and one six.
Mohammad Saad made 43 while Adil Amin contributed 42 runs with the bat.
Hussain Talat finished with figures of 2-56.
Punjab, batting first, made full use of the good batting surface to post 341-6 in 50 overs with Iftikhar Ahmed top scoring with 105 off 101 balls. His knock included 12 boundaries and a maximum.
Sami Aslam made 68 off 63 balls with seven fours and two sixes whereas Khurram Manzoor hit seven fours and a six in his 55-ball 57.
Saad Ali played a 46-run knock off 41 balls with the help of three fours.
Sohail Khan took three wickets in his quota of 10 overs while Zohaib Khan bagged 2-72 in his allotted 10 overs.
